Benefits :

• Earn up to $50-$75k in your first year (Base salary + commission)

Responsibilities :

• Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
• Customer Service
• Following up with customers
• Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
• Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend networking events
• Consistently hit weekly goals

Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Previous in home and / or outside sales experience is a plus
• Excited about performance-based pay
• Sales & customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience : At least one year of related experience.
