Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. The primary focus of this role is to maintain the E-Coat and Powder Coat lines, as well as assist in the stamping press area when necessary. This position requires a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of motors, gears, pumps, filters, plumbing lines, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on E-Coat and Powder Coat lines.

Assist in maintaining the stamping press area as needed.

Repair and maintain motors, gears, pumps, and filters.

Manage plumbing lines, including piping and couplers.

Conduct electrical troubleshooting on PLCs and replace fuses using a multimeter.

Fabricate and weld guards and stands.

Conduct facilities maintenance both inside the plant and outside.

Essential Skills

Mechanical expertise in motors and pumps.

Electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with PLCs and fuses.

Plumbing experience.

Strong understanding of preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Experience in hydraulics.

Proficiency in welding and fabrication.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, running from 2pm to 10 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, with an extended shift until 11 : 30pm on Friday nights. The work environment is dynamic and involves closing the plant for the night. Weekend work may be required if production demands it. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.75 - $34.75 / hr.
