Business Development Specialist I

Are you a dynamic self-starter and enthusiastic individual with an engaging personality and great communication skills? As a valued member of the Business Development team, you will help increase new business and maintain communications with existing schools and staff through in-person, email and by phone.

Waterbury CT Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in implementing strategies to achieve membership growth.
• Maintain relationships with employee groups by regular contact, visits, and communications.
• Attend and participate in new member events and presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between the Credit Union and Ambassadors.
• Effectively educate and cross-sell members on Credit Union products and services.
• Assist with credit union marketing projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on credit union company events.
• Increase opportunities for Credit Union awareness in schools and the community.

Salary range - $43,237 - $54,000
