Client Summary :

• Founded in 2021 with a mission to empower patients with chronic diseases to navigate and control their health.

Position Responsibilities :

• User Acquisition and Retention : Develop and implement strategies to attract new users to the platform and retain them through engaging and value-driven experiences.
• Data-Driven Optimization : Utilize analytics and user feedback to continually refine and improve the product offering, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
• Roadmap Ownership : You will implement and manage communication channels across the organization to ensure everyone is aligned and informed about the Product Roadmap's current status and direction.

You will also establish a continuous feedback loop, inviting contributions from team members at all levels to influence and refine the roadmap planning process.

• Innovative UX / UI Design : Lead the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our Core features. These features include health management tools that help users manage their medications, symptom, and diet.
• Market and User Research : Conduct thorough market and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs to inform product strategy and feature development.
• Decision-Making and Prioritization : You will guide the executive team in making informed decisions regarding organizational priorities.

By closely linking decision-making to the potential impact on both the business and our users, you will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives with the greatest value are brought to the forefront and receive the attention they deserve.

Experience & Skills :

Required Experience and Qualifications :

• Strategic Growth Mindse t : Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in a digital product environment, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• User-Centric Design Focus : Deep understanding of UX / UI principles and a passion for creating compelling, user-friendly digital experiences.
• Analytical and Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product strategy.
• Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development, including software development processes and data analysis.
• Experienc e : 8+ years in product management or growth roles within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on healthcare or digital health applications.

Compensation $175k
