Direct experience in capital equipment sales is ideal.  Our new sales leader  will manage and oversee the sales operation, including domestic and international equipment sales.

This position is based in beautiful Sonoma County, California.  Responsibilities include :

• Works to implement the CEO's strategy and targets for the team.

Achieves company sales quotas for equipment sales Works closely with the VP of Operations and Senior Manufacturing Manager Overall accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews Required Education and Experience :
