This role is work-from-anywhere in the , excluding territories. This role requires an active Managing Broker Level License.

This position will be cross functional supporting agents nationally as well as all commercial brokers with a deep understanding of the commercial industry, needs of agents and collaborator with eXp’s growth team.

This position will be accountable for operational elements necessary to comply with state license law; as well as meeting NPS (Net Promoter Score) driven company goals designed to promote and maintain an agent-centric environment.

You will have an exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker of a large firm, an understanding of real estate brokerage at a regional level, an aptitude for leading and inspiring teams, a collaborative approach and a boundless work ethic.

They must be a people-person but also possess the ability to implement systems and processes that scale.

  • Ensures that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
  • Lead, coordinate and support a state or grouping of states in supporting all the brokers and support staff
  • Monitor performance goals and enforce accountability for their achievement
  • Track and report utilization of tool metrics to Vice President of Brokerage Operations
  • Actively engages agents via email, workplace chat, phone call and other in-person functions
  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external department members
  • Ensure agent retention through performance, product knowledge and training
  • Achieve brokerage goals for retention, growth and new broker directives
  • Follow and enforce the eXp Policy & Procedures
  • Develop all reports by providing mentoring and related learning opportunities
  • Support innovation in how the company can efficiently assist its growing national agent base in terms of brokerage operations
  • Work with executive leadership to manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals
  • Support the Growth and Productivity teams by ensuring that state brokers are available to positively engage with prospective agents who are interested in joining eXp
  • Responsible for interaction, development and collaboration with the National Commercial Agent Advisory Council and Industry Commercial groups
  • Travel to their state for support of agent events and staff initiatives
  • Network, present, train, coach staff, agent and collaborate with local industry leaders
  • Other Accountabilities as Assigned

How you will make an impact :

  • Hold an active real estate managing broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
  • Proven track record of leadership within a Brokerage.
  • Success in managing and motivating a regional workforce
  • Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee, agent & consumer relations
  • Experience in analyzing data to optimize productivity and efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, support change and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
  • Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment
  • Possess the highest degree of integrity
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Education & Experience :

Managing Broker Level License required
