As The Head Of Americas Indirect Procurement, You Will Lead By

As a senior leader in our Procurement organization, you will :

• Lead indirect procurement activities for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional business needs.
• Represent Americas Procurement in leadership forums, contributing to strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Guide and develop a team of direct reports across multiple countries in the Americas, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Lead buyers to develop category management approaches for assigned categories together with Global Procurement Team.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and sustainability metrics to ensure continuity and competitiveness in the Americas.
• Interface with the business partners to ensure supplier performance, sustainability, and innovation are embedded in sourcing strategies relevant to the Americas.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead global negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including single and sole sourcing scenarios, and implement robust contingency plans.

Your Elements For Success

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Procurement or related functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations. Proven track record in Procurement leadership category management, strategy development, and supplier negotiations, ideally in a global industrial environment. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically diverse teams, especially within the Americas. Proven track record of stakeholder management and ability to influence across regions and functions. Fluent in English, another language is a plus. High level of ownership, analytical thinking, and business acumen.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $190k-$225k annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
