Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee residential HVAC installation projects
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently and up to quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to installation team members
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience leading residential HVAC installations
- TDLR and EPA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Location : Anywhere in the greater Houston area - The office is in Pearland, TX (There is NOT a requirement to report into the office)
