Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA (PM Shift) – Maywood Area

Pay : $24-$32 / hour

Schedule : Afternoon hours | Part-time

Setting : In-home sessions in the Maywood, NJ area

Join our team of dedicated ABA professionals and spend your afternoons working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You'll follow personalized treatment plans created by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children make meaningful progress in their daily lives, right in their own homes.

What You'll Do :

Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy during in-home afternoon sessions

Implement individualized care plans under BCBA guidance

Support the development of communication, independence, and behavioral skills

Track progress and help families feel confident and supported

What You Bring :

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation for in-home visits

ABA experience preferred but not required
