GENERAL DESCRIPTION

T he Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly reporting to the Physical Therapy Manager, the Physical Therapist will :

• Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice;
• Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting;
• Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care;
• Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner;
• Other responsibilities as designated by the manager.
