Position Overview

The Energy Storage Solutions Specialist will serve as a technical and customer-focused expert supporting customers, installers, and sales partners with Storz Powers Smart Battery Systems. This role bridges product knowledge and customer experienceensuring seamless installations, resolving technical questions, and helping customers maximize the performance of their energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to homeowners, installers, and internal teams regarding system configuration, performance, and troubleshooting.

Review installation plans and ensure they meet Storz Power specifications and safety standards.

Conduct virtual walkthroughs and training sessions for installers and dealers.

Maintain detailed records of support inquiries, solutions, and product performance data.

Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and help improve system reliability.

Assist in developing technical training materials, installation guides, and product documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in solar, battery storage, or electrical systems (2+ years preferred).

Knowledge of inverters, battery systems, or energy management technologies.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.

NABCEP certification (preferred but not required).

Ability to travel occasionally for training or field support.
