Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist SLP - Full and part time

As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are excited to be hiring at our Worcester clinic, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, and a growing therapy team and clientele. We offer full-time and part-time positions for therapists interested in joining the Hearts and Hands team, to allow flexibility and autonomy in your schedule and workweek. Full - time SLP benefits include :

Base salary $75,000 - $85,000 does not have negative accrual for client cancellations or rescheduling. Base salary is protected, and incentive pay over $20,000 for treatment based incentives eligible on top of base salary.

Eligibility to earn incentive bonuses on top of base salary, paid biweekly. Over $20,000 available annually in earned treatment-based incentives paid in addition to salary.

Pediatric SLP job responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and provide quality therapy services

Plans and implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.

Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.

Includes family / caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.
