Job Summary
Job Summary :
The Weekend RN is responsible for overseeing and providing on call nursing care to meet the needs of the patient, and achieve goals set on the Plan of Care.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience :
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR Certification
- Current Driver's License
- 1-2 years of experience in home health or hospice, LTCF preferred
