You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the ServiceNow system including monitoring and administering of the benefit tickets to the appropriate people.
Processing of day-to-day transactions and ensuring accurately and timeliness. Assist the Benefits Delivery Solutions team with audits, completion of forms, manual entry and ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Responsibilities :
- Administration activities include the following :
- Processing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
- Enrollment appeal requests
- Daily ticket assignment and processing of manual enrollments
- Complete employee benefit verification request and Medicare forms
- Deliver service excellence to managers and employees by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their inquiries and transactions
- Review current operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of Administrative support experience
- Experience developing practices and processes and driving program results thru project and program execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong attention to details
- Able to multitask, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
- Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Working knowledge of HR SAP and / or Workday is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred
- Benefits / health plan experience preferred
