POSITION SUMMARY : Eligible for $10,000 sign on bonus

The Nurse Educator is responsible for managing and directing the activities related to the education of Registered Nurses, LPNs and Mental Health Technicians in established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance.
