Job description

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team located just 45 minutes south of Champaign, Illinois, in Coles County. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized orthopedic spine care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements :

  • BC / BE in Orthopedics Spine
  • Strong expertise in spine surgery and patient care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for patients

Benefits :

  • Competitive Salary : $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
  • Sign-On Bonus : $75,000
  • Retention Bonus : $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3
  • Quality Bonus : Up to $50,000, eligible upon earning the base salary
  • Generous Time Off : 33 days of paid time off annually
  • CME Allowance : 5 days + $6,000 annually
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 6 call ratio, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule
