The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Sales to drive the next chapter of Lumen’s growth. You’ll lead high-stakes enterprise deals from first call to close, shape Lumen’s go-to-market strategy and influence our product roadmap along the way.
You’ll be the face of Lumen to some of the most sophisticated players in real estate, private equity, and clean energy — acting as a trusted advisor who can deeply understand their business, navigate complex sales motions, and bring high-value projects over the finish line.
This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CEO.
