Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and ensure swift response times, prioritizing customer satisfaction

Answer customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email, managing day-to-day client issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer support, live chat, and calls
Organized and able to multitask across different platforms
