A company is looking for a Resource Specialist to support a national project delivering behavioral health services to immigrating children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Connect service recipients with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) through referrals and follow-up
Conduct outreach to identify and onboard new FQHCs, maintaining relationships and expanding network capacity
Manage data entry and tracking of client utilization of services and provide status updates to the case management team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate degree with relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
Experience in providing logistical and project support, including activity tracking and task coordination
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a team and managing deadlines
Preferred experience working remotely and with refugees, immigrants, or asylees
