As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates using various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
