A company is looking for a Recruiting Digital Sourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool

Source qualified candidates through networking, internet postings, social media, and referrals

Review applicant data and advise management on strategies to improve applicant flow

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on self-sourcing

Prior high-volume recruiting experience is a plus

Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
