Executive Chef : High-Volume, Upscale Middle Eastern Concept – Los Angeles Flagship
A highly successful, upscale Middle Eastern restaurant concept is opening its first flagship location in Los Angeles. We are seeking a dedicated, operations-focused Executive Chef and CDC to lead this very high-volume, 100% scratch kitchen.

This is a non-negotiable requirement for all serious applicants :
Extended Out-of-State Training : You must commit to a comprehensive training program of 3 to 6 months at one of our existing successful restaurants outside of California.
Logistics : All travel and temporary housing (apartment) will be provided and paid for during this period.
Requirement : Your acceptance of this commitment is mandatory for consideration.

Execution Focus (Not Creative) : This is not a culinarily creative role . Your primary function is to master our proprietary menu and recipes and hold the team strictly accountable for consistency and quality on every single scratch-made item.
High-Volume Scratch Cooking : Extensive experience running very high-volume kitchens focused on consistent, 100% scratch food production.
Financial Mastery : Expert command of kitchen financials, including P&L management, labor control, and all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Mentorship : A passion for developing and mentoring Sous Chefs and cooks, preparing them for advancement within the company.
Operational Integrity : You are relentless in ensuring a smooth-running, impeccably clean, and organized kitchen environment.

Starting Base Salary : $150,000+, commensurate with your proven background and experience.
