Job Description Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated D2C Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join our growing beauty and personal care business. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our direct-to-consumer ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience that drives sales and brand growth.

Job Description :

Site & Merchandising Management

• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce site operations, including product uploads, category management, content accuracy, and visual merchandising.
• Support new product development (NPD) launches by planning site placement, assets, and go-to-market timelines.
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and pricing accuracy.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

Work Experience :

Experience Range II : 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
