This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with architects on structural design, enhancing the quality of our projects while ensuring client satisfaction. With a competitive pay range of $39 to $47 per hour, this exempt position includes overtime pay at one times your base hourly rate.

Base pay range : $39.00 / hr - $47.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure a seamless construction phase.
• Conduct site visits and lead construction progress meetings.
• Perform on-site observations and inspections, review project changes, and coordinate final inspections to assist in project closeout.
• Support project managers by managing construction documentation, schedules, and quality assurance reviews.
• Engage in construction estimating with accurate quantity take-offs and cost evaluations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to meet project needs and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to Ackerman-Estvold's culture of quality, innovation, and community involvement.
