What You'll Do

Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and components (wiring, panels, lighting, outlets, breakers, etc.).

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues quickly and accurately.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.

Provide 5-star customer service on every call.

Keep accurate records of work and materials.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential electrical experience.

Skilled with electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety gear.

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC, and troubleshooting practices.

Valid, insurable driver's license with a safe driving record.

Physically able to lift, carry, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call when needed.

Safe Driving Matters

Because safety is a core value at Peaden, we look for team members with strong driving histories. While we review every applicant individually, the ideal candidate will have :

At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience.

No major violations in the last 3 years (DUIs, reckless driving, suspensions, etc.).

A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents.
