About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to drive the growth of our firm’s business development efforts. This critical role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance our presence in the market while building and nurturing lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling professional services, extensive market networks, and a successful history of exceeding revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with our Managing Partner and leadership across all service areas to refine and optimize our market approach. Mentorship and guidance to elevate the business development skills of our team will also be a key component of this role.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred) and a minimum of 10 years in business development leadership roles. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to cultivate critical relationships. Your collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels will be crucial for success.
