We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing core human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new team members.
- Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollments, updates, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
- Support payroll functions by reviewing timesheets, verifying data, and addressing any discrepancies.
- Address employee relations concerns, offering guidance to managers and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and training programs to enhance employee engagement and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as organizational requirements.
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR administration and best practices.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies.
- Expertise in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for maintaining records and generating reports.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
