Job descriptionWeekly individual assessments and care coordination Supervision of LVNs and delegation of tasks within scope of practice Development and review of Nursing / Health Care Plans Participation in interdisciplinary teams and service planning Oversight of medication administration and physician orders Documentation of progress notes, nursing exams, and EMR updates In-service training and emergency preparedness Collaboration with dietary, pharmacy, and administrative teams At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license Possess supervisory and management skills Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Excellent organizational skills Current nursing certifications Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities Proficiency in medical documentation Empathy and patient-centered care Strong problem-solving abilities
A leading healthcare facility in Buena Parks, CA, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing critical nursing services to residents in a group home, with flexibility to assist in other programs as needed.
