HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, days
• Employment Type : Local Contract
• Number of Beds – 11 ORs
• Shift for this position – Three twelve-hour shifts (weekends if possible)
• Call Expectation – Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
• Number of Staff – Varies depending on day
• Type of staff :

Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs

Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General)

Must Haves : \n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred\n- A recent 12 months of OR RN experience in an acute hospital setting\n- Patient advocate as circulator while being a resource for the sterile field\n- AK RN License\n- BLS and ACLS Certifications\n\nPreferred or Nice to Have : \n- Scrub and Circulator Experience\n- CNOR\n- MediTech Experience\n- Travel Experience
