Job Description :

The ideal candidate will assist our healthcare professionals in delivering top-notch care to patients seeking foot health services.

This role requires a personable individual who is passionate about patient care, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to maintaining a positive clinic environment.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist physicians and podiatrists in patient examinations, treatments, and procedures related to foot health.
• Take and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Educate patients on foot health procedures, treatments, and aftercare instructions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing procedures.
• Sterilize medical equipment and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications :

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in podiatry or foot health.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and basic knowledge of foot-related conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and electronic health record systems
