Position : Video Engineer

Location : In-office Denver CO (Highly qualified remote candidates may be considered)

Schedule : 4 days per week (10-hour shifts / 11 hours including lunch)

Shift Options :

• Afternoon : 1 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM MT
• Overnight : 10 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM MT

(Even split of candidates across both shifts is required.)

Contract : 6 months (with potential extension up to 18 months)

Rate : 50-55 / hr on W2

About the Role

The Video Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and stabilization of the Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) environment. This specialized team focuses on resolving customer-impacting issues post-DAA cutovers ensuring consistent video service quality and network reliability .

Youll collaborate with infrastructure operations and field teams to troubleshoot video issues identify recurring patterns and drive real-time resolutions. Your contributions will directly support seamless customer experiences as new DAA systems go live.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in high-stakes operational environments. You should be comfortable working across shifts supporting cross-functional teams and resolving complex issues under pressure.
