The Director, Peer-To-Peer (P2P) Fundraising, works collaboratively as a member of the Division of Philanthropy to assist the Assistant Vice President of Peer-To-Peer Fundraising with coordination of strategy and operations of Dana-Farber & the Jimmy Fund's largest, signature, P2P events. This includes the annual Jimmy Fund Walk, the nation's largest single-day walk along the famed Boston Marathon course, and Dana-Farber's team of 500+ runners in the annual Boston Marathon. Additional P2P events include the Boston Half, the Falmouth Road Race, and growing involvement with marathons both nationally and internationally. These programs raise on average $20M annually and this position is responsible for the logistics and operations for these events. The position is also responsible for assisting the entire Division with reaching financial goals. Reports to Assistant Vice President of Peer-To-Peer Fundraising. This position is considered remote, 0-1 days onsite at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week. Lead the P2P operations team which includes, but is not limited to, the following for all events : event logistics, data analysis, budgeting, revenue forecasting, website testing, communications, marketing, vendor management; Relationship management with key partners and vendors; Provide updates on key metrics including : revenue, registrations, YOY comparisons, cost of funds raised; Assess current workflows (i.e. reporting, communications) and propose and implement program enhancements, as needed; Collaborate with members of IS, Fiscal and Regulatory Management, Communications and other internal partners to streamline workflows; Provide oversight and direction to team of 7 staff, focused on event operations, marketing, budgeting, revenue forecasts; Provide supervision, training, professional development and growth opportunities for staff; Collaborate with colleagues across the Division to identify best practices and areas for innovation and growth; Assume other duties as necessary. High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years' relevant work experience required preferably in a Philanthropy setting; previous direct report and personnel management experience is required; Operations / logistics, project management, data analysis experience is preferred. Organized and detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills; possess the ability to work well with DFCI Departments and external vendors and partners; problem solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong word processing and Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.

Pay Transparency Statement The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) $156,794.
