Intermediate IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for an Engineer Intermediate, IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for macOS, iOS, and Android devices

Manage tasks, incidents, and service requests within the ServiceNow ITSM platform

Administer and maintain enterprise MDM platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

3 years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for education

Valid Virginia Driver's License required

Experience with mobile device management systems

Ability to travel occasionally to remote clinics for onsite support
