Position Summary

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our IoT sales and execution team. You’ll help streamline contracts, pricing, billing, and customer support, ensuring our groundbreaking solutions reach clients smoothly and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and operations to keep Kudelski IoT running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records and contract data in CRM and ERP systems
• Support contract setup, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure seamless order execution and billing across multiple platforms
• Coordinate outbound shipments for US and Canadian customers
• Track revenue recognition and commission processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Assist with reporting, procurement, and project coordination

At Kudelski IoT, we believe in providing fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and internal equity, considering individual experience and expectations.

For this role, the compensation range is $60,000 - $65,000 (hourly non-exempt).
