This Senior Analyst position supports financial planning & analysis within CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefits Management segment (PBM). This role is a part of the PBM's Network / Retail Finance team, and will partner with other PBM finance teams to support the modernization and improved accuracy of the team's budgeting & forecasting practices.

This position is open to remote & hybrid employees. The team is based out of the Northbrook, IL office, & is generally in office one day a week for team members within a reasonably commutable distance. This is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting variance analysis to support the improvement efforts of the team's budgeting & forecasting processes
• Working with analysts to support these efforts within the Network team
• Providing analysis & valuation of changes that effect the team's P&L
• Supporting executive management with the data necessary to make critical business decisions
• Working cross-functionally with the finance & technology teams to help support modeling efforts
• Maintaining ad hoc requests and projects

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
