Litigation Associate (Labor & Employment)

Overview

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate attorney for its domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice in California. This position can be based in the firm’s Los Angeles or San Francisco office, and the estimated salary range is $235,000 and $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

$235,000.00 / yr - $390,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multi-jurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes
• Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills, e.g., Law Review
• Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus
• Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the California state Bar (and in good standing)
