Contact Center Intern

URBN is looking for a Contact Center intern to join us for the Summer. During this internship experience, you will have exposure to a variety of components of the URBN Brands and Supply Chain organization. The position requires a self-directed, motivated individual prepared for a fast-paced environment. Working as an intern with Urban Outfitters, Inc. will provide you with guidance for future management skills and the opportunity to execute key managerial decisions.

This internship is located at our home office in Philadelphia and will run from 6 / 1 -8 / 7.

Summer Internship Program Application Process :

• Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
• Complete Video Interview : Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
• Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
• Applications will close at 5 : 00pm EST on November 3rd 2025.
