We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support the Assistant Director of Accounting with both technical and general accounting functions.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensure proper internal controls are established and maintained.
• Overseeing the monthly financial close process, preparing journal ledger entries, identify and analyze variances of financial data, maintenance, consolidation and reconciliations of financial records.
• Preparing financial reports
• Managing the annual budgeting process
• Conducting monthly budget analysis and reconciling accounts
• Maintaining reconciliations of cash collections to the general ledger and accounts receivable systems
• Reconciliation of other various accounts and subsidiary systems
• Additionally, may be assigned the responsibility of providing training, guidance, and assistance to other employees
• Prepare monthly revenue entries and analysis
• Handling special projects as needed

Salary Range : $86,400 - $184,800 / Annually Qualifications
