Days, 40 hours / week.
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS / MA)Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibilityStrong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
