Technical Product Manager

Location : Orlando, Florida

Job Type : Contract

Compensation Range : $68 - 74 per hour

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to join our client's passionate team and play a key role in shaping the future of their products!

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical product management within a complex organizational structure, coupled with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with product objectives.
• Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Lead and participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on core API and backend services, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Education : Bachelors
• At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager within an enterprise matrix organization, operating in an agile environment.
• Must possess a well-rounded understanding of core Product Management theories and frameworks, along with practical working experience.
• Proficient in facilitating solution design and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Ability to write technical user stories is essential.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams, including developers, engineers, and testers.
• Experience in running scrum ceremonies, participating, and leading when necessary, with backlog grooming and UAT testing.
• Experience supporting core API and backend services as a Technical Product Manager is highly desirable.
