Location : New York, NY (In-office 4–5 days / week; ~2 days / month client travel)
Company Stage of Funding : Seed to Series A trajectory

Salary : $125,000 – $175,000 base + Equity + Performance-Based Bonus

We’re working with a fast-growing technology company building modern tools for a traditional, industrial-focused sector. The team is small, ambitious, and scaling quickly with a clear path toward their next funding milestone.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to help shape go-to-market, customer success, and operations during a critical growth stage.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage CRM and outbound lead generation systems; run outbound campaigns including calls and emails.
- Drive customer success and retention through onboarding, training materials, account check-ins, and adoption monitoring.
- Support market expansion research and validate product fit in adjacent verticals.
- Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, website drafts, and video content.
- Partner closely with the founder on strategic initiatives, fundraising prep, and operational execution.
- Travel to clients (~2 days / month) to strengthen relationships and support deployments.
Ideal Background
3+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, venture, sales, customer success, or entrepreneurial roles.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and execution-driven.Comfortable in a high-intensity environment (long hours expected, similar to consulting / IB pace).Proficiency in CRM use, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.Strong communicator with experience producing sales materials and written content.Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into senior leadership.Preferred
Background in consulting, IB, or high-caliber startup environments.Interest in or comfort working with clients in traditional, male-dominated industries.Charismatic and authentic in client-facing settings.Compensation and Benefits
