Job Title : Assembler with Welding Experience

Location : Kalamazoo, MI

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift : 6am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Pay : $18 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble HVAC and air-handling units according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform MIG and / or TIG welding on sheet metal and structural components as needed for product assembly.
  • Fit, align, and secure parts using bolts, clamps, and welding techniques.
  • Inspect and verify quality of welds and assembled components.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in mechanical or HVAC assembly required.
  • MIG and / or TIG welding experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
