Your Impact

As a Process Engineer at our Appleton facility, you will play a key role in driving innovation, improving manufacturing performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Your work will directly support cost reduction, safety enhancements, and quality improvements. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to the development and scaling of new technologies and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies that support innovation and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement and capital projects from concept through implementation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges using data-driven methodologies.
  • Participate in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for product launches and collaborate with R&D and operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and process integration.
  • Train production staff on new processes, products, and equipment procedures.

    • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science-related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or product development (less experienced candidates may be considered).
  • Proven ability to apply engineering principles to solve manufacturing problems and implement improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments and levels.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, safety standards, and quality protocols.
  • Organizational agility and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Business insight in cost analysis, project planning, and strategic execution.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience leading capital or technical projects, including budgeting and implementation.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification; proficiency in Minitab .
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Background in coating processes or experience with coating equipment / formulas.
  • Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
