Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery travel position requiring recent specialty experience and night shift availability.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work is performed in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
  • Night shift schedule from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • Typical contract duration is 13 weeks
  • Deliver patient care specific to Labor & Delivery including monitoring mothers and newborns
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental procedures for safe maternal and infant care
  • Complete documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care teams
  • Orientation will be provided according to hospital standards

  • Active RN license required at the time of consideration
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
  • At least 2 years of overall RN experience preferred
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • Must provide a US Social Security Number and date of birth; Canadian SSNs not accepted
  • Certifications from AHA or ARC must be valid for at least the first 30 days of assignment
