As a Credit Analyst at AgCarolina Farm Credit, you'll play a key role in evaluating credit packages, supporting sound lending decisions, and contributing to the financial health of our Association. You'll work independently while collaborating with senior staff and loan officers, all within a culture that values mentorship, candid conversations, attention to detail, and timely decision-making-in service of agriculture and rural communities.
What You'll Do :
- Analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and identify strengths and weaknesses in complex credit packages (typically $2.5M+)
- Prepare complete loan packages, including projections and documentation, independently
- Evaluate risk in loan transactions and recommend appropriate actions
- Perform account monitoring and ensure borrower data is securely maintained
- Collaborate with Agribusiness loan officers and senior staff to support lending decisions
- Participate in training and professional development as scheduled
- Communicate recommendations clearly and confidently to peers and leadership

Internal candidates must have at least 2 years of Farm Credit experience, a Fully Successful rating or higher on their most recent performance review and have been in their current role for at least 2 years before applying.
