Receiving and Inventory Clerk
summary Clearwater Company Now Hiring Receiving and Inventory Clerk Shift : 8am - 5pm Monday- Friday Pay : $20.00 hr Job Duties include, but not limited to : Maintain the warehouse organized and clean for safe operation.
Ensure all incoming deliveries are properly verified, documented, inventoried / stocked, properly labeled and ready for use.
Specific attention to detail that chemicals are correctly and clearly labeled and go in the correct locations. Maintain proper labeling and organization of inventory shelves and materials.
Follow the procedures that are in place and provide recommendations for improvement. Learn NetSuite and procedures to perform proper Receiving and Inventory duties.
Participate in inventory counts - inventory shelves are your responsibility, work with Purchasing and Accounting to complete inventory in a timely manner.
Pull all parts from inventory shelves for assembly orders. Coordinate and deliver to Support all warranty returns or deliveries, ensure they are properly received.
Support the shipping clerk when needed with palletized orders, large boxes, etc required-skills : Required experience & qualifications : Must be able to lift up to 60lbs, frequently, must be able to stand through shift.
Must be over the age of 18 years old to work in the warehouse and wear steel toe shoes during the work shift. Must have previous warehousing experience specifically receiving and inventory.
Forklift certification is required and experience driving forklifts - we can renew / update if expired. Valid driver license and clean driving record.
Proficient in utilizing software applications such as Word, Excel, shipping software and online systems, including email
