Role Summary : The Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will lead HR support for business units, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations. A key responsibility will be leading integrations for acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions for employees, harmonization of policies, and cultural alignment. The Director, HRBP will work cross-functionally to enhance the employee experience and drive high performance across the organization.
