WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional long-term care to residents in a hospice setting. As a long-term care RN for WorkFit Medical Staffing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and earn higher than average take home pay, as well as a preferential schedule.

Your responsibilities will include conducting wound changes, implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with management team to ensure the best outcomes for hospice residents. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree (ADN) will be considered.
• Previous experience in HOSPICE or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
