IWS Scheduling Tool : Proficiency in job modification and scheduling automation.

Jobtrac : Hands-on experience with job tracking and workflow management.

System Health Checks & Proactive Actions : Ability to perform regular system health checks and proactively address operational risks.

Disaster Recovery : Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Hardware Vendor Engagement : Coordinating with hardware vendors for issue resolution and system optimization.

Operational Processes & Standard Operating Procedures : Adherence to best practices and defined SOPs for seamless operations.

IPL (Initial Program Load) Expertise : Strong understanding of IPL procedures.
