What to Expect As a Sr. Visual Designer on Tesla Energy's Global Demand Generation and Content Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand design for residential energy solutions across various channels, including customer communications, product launches, event experiences, and merchandise. This role demands a highly creative individual with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will transform complex challenges into innovative design solutions, inspire cross-functional teams, and maintain Tesla's high standards of visual excellence. While knowledge of the residential energy industry is a plus, it is not required.
What You'll Do
- Develop and design assets for marketing, sales, events, communications, web, and other graphic design needs
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and create compelling visual content
 - Maintain and elevate Tesla's visual identity and brand standards across new and existing marketing materials
 - Partner with suppliers and external teams to achieve design goals and uphold Tesla's visual design principles
 
What You'll Bring
Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity, such as leading projects, mentoring junior designers, or overseeing brand consistency across multiple channelsA portfolio of work that reflects creative thinking, broad range, and modern, minimalist tasteExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and FigmaAbility to manage complex design projects end-to-end, from strategic ideation and stakeholder alignment to final asset delivery under tight deadlinesAdvanced technical knowledge related to graphic design, including preparing final deliverables according to required digital, print, and large-scale specificationsExperience in 3D modeling, visualization, motion graphics, video editing, or illustration is a bonusCompensation and Benefits Benefits
